CoronaVirus shutdown by Governor Wolf
As you may know the Governor of PA declared that all non-life-sustaining businesses to close as of last Friday. Although we will be doing our part by staying home, here are the steps we will be taking: Our first order of business was to call our monitored security accounts. We reassured them that the monitoring company will be able to continue to monitor their systems and made sure our contact information for them was up to date. We called our upcoming installation clients to let them know that we were locked down, and we will resume work as soon as we’re allowed. We are preparing our website to add online sales of Audio, Video, and Security products. All of our suppliers are still able to ship products at this time. We haven’t heard that any of our suppliers have shut down, although some shipments may take longer. You can still call us anytime at 724-542-2411 to order anything that we sell. We will ship or offer front-door delivery for anything from Soundbars to TVs. We will be providing product and training videos for many products that we will sell and ship, as well as availability to video chat if you need help setting up anything you buy from us. You can call us about anything, even products that you didn’t buy from us! If you’re having problems with your electronics, give us a call and we’ll try to help you out. This will be a trying time for all small businesses, but we will adapt and continue to provide the beat in Audio, Video, and Security products.
